HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 1970-347BILL NO. ~~~' COUNTY OF HAWAII - STATE OF HAWAII ORDINANCE NO, +.9 a~ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7,19` THE VOLCANO-MT.VIEW ZONE MAP, ORDINANCE NO. 63 (ZONING ORDINANCE/, REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967, AS AMENDED, BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSI- FICATION FROM OPEN (O) TO SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (RS-20) IN OLAA SUMMER LOTS, OLAA, PUNA, HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY 1-9-13:2, 3 AND PORTION OF '7, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. Section 7.19 of Ordinance No. 63 (Zoning Ordinance), Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto the following subsection: "7,19(a), The district classification of the following area situated at O1aa Summer Lots, Olaa, Puna, Hawaii, shall be Single Family Residential (RS-20): Beginning at the south corner of this lot, the west corner of Lot 4, O1aa Summer Lots, Block L, and on the northeast side of Haunani Road, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station "VOLCANO HOUSE FLAG" being 3614,76 feet north and. 6045,43 feet east and. running by azimuths measured clockwise from true south: 1, 149° 31' 281,60 feet along the northeast side of Haunani Road; 2, 2390 31' 685,10 feet along the south side of Lots 7 and 12, Olaa Summer Lots, Block L; 3. 329° 31' 281,60 feet along the southwest side of Anapuni Road; 4, 59° 31' 685.10 feet along the north side of Lots 4 and 15, O1aa Summer Lots, Block L, to the point of beginning and containing an area of 4.43 acres. All as outlined in red on the map attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A," and by reference made a part hereof." SECTION 2, This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
