ORDINANCE N0. '~S~
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBSECTION b (SOUTH HILO) OF SECTION
17-8 (NO PARKING ZONES) OF ORDINANCE N0. 39 (TRAFFIC CODE),
AS AMENDED, REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Subsection b of Section 17-8 of Ordinance
No. 39, as amended, Revised Ordinances of the County of
Hawaii 1967, is hereby amended further by the addition of
a new item thereunder to read as follows:
"9. Both sides of Aupuni Street for a distance
of 200 feet from its intersection with Kilauea
Avenue."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
