AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 327, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO THE CAPITAL PROGRAM FOR THE PERIOD FROM JULY 1, 1970 TO
JUNE 30, 1971.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII.
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 327, as amended, relating to
the Capital Program for the period from July 1, 1970, to
June 30, 1971, is hereby amended by adding the following
project:
1. Department of Parks and Recreation
a. Kalapana - Kaimu Beach Park Development - $100,000
SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided
from available cash or issuance of general obligation bonds.
SECTION 3
