ORDINANCE N0. ~'~~
AN ORDINANCE TO PROHIBIT LEFT TURNS DURING PEAK HOURS AT
DESIGNATED INTERSECTIONS WITHIN THE COUNTY OF HAWAII,
STATE OF HAWAII, BY AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 39 (TRAFFIC
CODE), REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 8-7(b)1 of Ordinance No. 39, Revised
Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, is hereby amended
by adding a new section thereto to read as follows:
"d). No left turns will be permitted from Keawe Street
and from Kalakaua Street at the intersection of Keawe Street
and Kalakaua Street during the hours of 7:00 a.m, to 8:00 a.m.
and 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
