AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AND DESIGNATING:
1. THROUGH STREETS
2. SPEED LIMIT ZONES
WITHIN THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, STATE OF HAWAII, BY AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 39 (TRAFFIC CODE), REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 9-3(b)6, Ordinance No. 39, Revised
Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, is hereby amended
by adding a new subsection to read as follows:
"j) SEA VIEW CIRCLE, within Kona Sea View
Subdivision, except for approximately 230 feet
of the road from its access at Kuakini Highway."
SECTION 2. Section 10-5(a), Ordinance No. 39, Revised
Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, is hereby amended
by adding a subparagraph to read as follows:
"14. Road to Honokohau Small Boat Harbor,
beginning at the Kailua-Kawaihae Road, for a
distance of approximately one (1) mile.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
