ORDINANCE NO , 3 r
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7,03, THE SOUTH KONA ZONE MAP, ORDI-
NANCE NO, 63 (ZONING ORDINANCE), REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY
OF HAWAII 1967, AS AMENDED, BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION
FROM AGRICULTURAL (A-5a) TO AGRICULTURAL (A-la) IN ONOULI 2ND, SOUTH
KONA, HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY 8-1-18;9 AND 10.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII;
SECTION 1. Section 7.03 of Ordinance No, 63 (Zoning Ordinance),
Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, as amended, is
hereby further amended by adding thereto the following subsection:
"7.03(c). The district classification of the following
area situated at Onouli 2nd, South Kona, Hawaii, shall be
Agricultural (A-la);
Beginning at a pipe in concrete marked B at the northwest corner
of this parcel of land., being also the northeast corner of
Lot 3-D, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred
to a spike in concrete monument marked "Church-1929-J.B.M,"
set near the front entrance of the Roman Catholic Church being
1,528,60 feet north and 1,914.10 feet east, and running by
azimuths measured clockwise from true south:
1. 255° 49' 516.50 feet to a pipe in concrete
marked 12;
2. 349° 18' 410.00 feet along Lots 5-D, 5-D-1 and
5-D-2;
3, 79° 18' 240.00 feet along Lots 5-E-1-A and
5-E-1-B;
4, 22° 46' 413.00 feet along Lots 5-E-1-A and
5-E-2;
5. 79° 18' 170.00 feet along Lot 3;
6. 166° 46' 524.90 feet along Lot 5-B;
7. 205° 26' 246.30 feet along Lot 3-D to the point
of beginning and containing an
area of 7.90 acres or thereabouts.
All as outlined in red on the map attached hereto, marked
Exhibit "A," and by reference made a part hereof."
SECTION 2. This or8inance shall take effect upon its approval.
