ORDINANCE NO, ~~~
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7.15, THE NORTH HILO DISTRICT ZONE
MAP, ORDINANCE NO, 63 (ZONING ORDINANCE), REVISED ORDINANCES OF
THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967, AS AMENDED, BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT
CLASSIFICATION FROM AGRICULTURAL (A-20a) TO SINGLE FAMILY RESI-
DENTIAL (RS-10) IN KIHALANI, NORTH HILO, HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX
MAP KEY 3-5-05:03.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII:
SECTION 1, Section 7.15 of Ordinance No. 63 (Zoning Ordi-
nance), Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, as
amended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto the follow-
ing subsection:
"7,15(a). The district classification of the following
area situated at Kihalani, North Hilo, Hawaii, shall be
Single Family Residential (RS-10);
Beginning at the northwest corner of this parcel of land. and
on the south side of the Mamalahoa Highway, the coordinates
of said point of beginning referred to Government Survey
Triangulation Station "PAPAALOA" being 4755.00 feet north
and 48,66 feet east, and running by azimuths measured clock-
wise from true south:
1. 287° 55' 81.70 feet along the Mamalahoa Highway;
2. 2930 04' 190,00 feet along the Mamalahoa Highway;
3. 9° 00' 60.00 feet along the Papaaloa Homesteads
Road;
4. 77° O1' 296.10 feet along the Papaaloa Homesteads
Road;
5. 135° 37' 84,20 feet along the remainder of
Parce l "A;"
6, 212° 35' 192.00 feet along the remainder of
Parce l "A" to the point of begin-
ning and co nta ining an area of
1.10 acres.
A11 as outlined in red on the map attached hereto, marked
Exhibit "A," and by reference made a part hereof."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
