AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 6, SUBSECTION b-6 (KONA) OF
ORDINANCE N0. 349, WHICH AMENDED SECTION 17-8 OF ORDINANCE
N0. 39, REVISED ORDINANCE OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967, AS
AMENDED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SEC. 1. Section 6 of Ordinance No. 349, amending
Section 17-8 of Ordinance No. 39, Revised Ordinances of the
County of Hawaii 1967, as amended, is further amended by the
addition of a new item under Section 17-8(b)-6 to read as
follows:
"k) On the makai side of Alii Drive in Kailua-Kona,
from a point approximately 400 feet south of
Hualalai Road to the junction of Alii Drive
with the Kailua-Keauhou Middle Road (in the
vicinity of the Kona Hilton Hotel.)"
