AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7,03, THE SOUTH KONA ZONE MAP,
ORDINANCE NO. 63 (ZONING ORDINANCE), REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967, AS AMENDED, BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT
CLASSIFICATION FROM AGRICULTURAL (A-1a) TO VILLAGE COMMERCIAL
(CV-10) IN KILOA 1 AND 2 AND WAIPUNAULA, SOUTH KONA, HAWAII,
COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY 8-2-01;1.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 7.03 of Ordinance No, 63 (Zoning Ordi-
nance), Revised. Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, as
amended, is hereby further amended. by adding thereto the following
subsection:
"7,03(d), The district classification of the following
area situated. at Kiloa 1 and 2 and Waipunaula, South Kona,
Hawaii, shall be Village Commercial (CV-10);
Beginning at a pipe in concrete at the northwest corner of
this parcel of land, the coordinates of which referred to
Government Survey Triangulation Station "PUU OHAU" being
8,765.32 feet south and 15,695.14 feet east, and. thence run-
ning by azimuths measured clockwise from true south:
Along the southeasterly side of Kiloa Road on a 25.00 foot
radius curve to the right, the chord azimuth and distance
being;
1. 178° 21' 15" 41.76 feet to a pipe in concrete;
2. 2340 59' 1121.19 feet along the southeasterly
side of Kiloa Road, to a pipe
in concrete;
3. 3400 59' 45.21 feet along Lot 13D, along remain-
der of Grant 867 to Preston
Comings, to a pipe in concrete;
4. 3360 18' 30" 258.23 feet along same to a pipe in
concrete;
5. 330° 28' 30" 232.19 feet along Lots 13D and 13C,
along remainder of Grant 867 to
Preston Comings, to a pipe in
concrete;
6. 332° 50' 30" 315.53 feet along Lot 13C, along remain-
der of Grant 867 to Preston
Comings, to a pipe in concrete;

Lot 12, along remainder of
Grant 867 to Preston Cumings,
to a pipe in concrete;
8, 49° 26' 78.22 feet along stone wall, along
Lot 12, along remainder of
Grant 867 to Preston Cumings,
to a pipe in concrete;
9. 306° 41' 172.49 feet along Lot 12 to a pipe in
concrete;
Thence along 40 foot road
reserve for the following eight
(8) courses:
10, 44° 52' 30" 14.06 feet to a pipe in concrete;
11. 45° 06' 30" 123.61 feet to a pipe in concrete;
12. 74° 24' 18,08 feet to a pipe in concrete;
13. 82° 16' 30" 90.92 feet to a pipe in concrete;
14. 108° 19' 30" 54.31 feet to a pipe in concrete;
15, 123° 24' 53.82 feet to a pipe in concrete;
16. 55° 00' 46,29 feet to a pipe in concrete;
17. 96° 31' 17.00 feet to a pipe in concrete;
18. 45° 39' 13.39 feet along partial stone wall,
along Roadway, along remainder
of Grant 867 to Preston Cumings,
to a pipe in concrete;
19, 126° 40' 15" 88,00 feet along the northeasterly
side of Hawaii Belt Road
(Mamalahoa Highway), to a pipe
in concrete;
Thence along the northeasterly
side of Hawaii Belt Road
(Mamalahoa Highway) on a 2879.93
foot radius curve to the left,
the chord azimuth and distance
being:
20, 124° 11' 52,5" 248,52 feet to a pipe in concrete;
21, 121° 43' 30" 586,70 feet along the northeasterly
side of Hawaii Belt Road
(Mamalahoa Highway) to the
point of beginning and containing
an area of 18,648 acres,
All as outlined in red on the map attached hereto, marked
Exhibit "A," and by reference made a part hereof,"

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
