ORDINANCE NO. ~
AN ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO CONSTRUCTION WITHIN A GOVERNMENT
RIGHT-OF-WAY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SEC. 1. The Department of Public Works is hereby
authorized to allow construction within a government right-
of-way.
SEC. 2. Authorization to construct within a government
right-of-way shall be by permit issued by the Department of
Public Works as set forth in Ordinance No. 52, County of
Hawaii. The Department of Public Works may stipulate
conditions necessary for the control of the work requirement
in issuing said permit.
SEC. 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
