COUNTY OF HAWAII - STATE OF HAWAII
ORDINANCE N0. 3~
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AND DESIGNATING SPEED LIMIT ZONES
WITHIN THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, STATE OF HAWAII, BY AMEND]NG
ORDINANCE N0. 39 (TRAFFIC CODE), REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII 196'].
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Subparagraph 10-5(e)10 of Ordinance No. 39,
Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, is hereby
repealed.
SECTION 2. Section 10-5(e) of Ordinance No. 39, Revised
Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, is hereby amended by
adding a subparagraph to read:
"23. Hawaii Belt Road, from a point '700 feet
west of the intersection of Plumeria Street with
the Hawaii Belt Road to a point 1,200 feet east of
the intersection of Lehua Street with the Hawaii
Belt Road."
SECTION 3. Section 10-5(i)1 of Ordinance No. 39, Revised
Ordinancesof the County of Hawaii 196`7, is hereby amended
to read:
"1. Hawaii Belt Road, from Paauilo to a point
2,200 feet east of the intersection of the Honokaa
Access Road WASP 5-238(l~J with the Hawaii Belt
Road."
SECTION 4. Section 10-5(i)2 of Ordinance No. 39, Revised
Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 196'], is hereby amended
to read:
"2. Hawaii Belt Road, from a point 700 feet
west of the intersection of Plumeria Street with the
Hawaii Belt Road to Mud Lane."
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall take effect upon
its approval.
