COUNTY OF HAWAII - STATE OF HAWAII
ORDINANCE NO. 389
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 342 TO APPOINT AN ADDITIONAL
PAYING AGENT FOR THE $10,000,000 PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT BONDS,
SERIES 1970.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 342, relating to the authorization
for issuance of $10,000,000 in general obligation bonds, is
hereby amended by providing that in addition to the office of
the Director of Finance of the County of Hawaii in Hilo, Hawaii,
and the principal office of the Chemical Bank in New York,
New York, the principal and interest on the $10,000,000 Public
Improvement Bonds, Series 1970, shall also be payable at the
principal office of the Crocker-Citizens National Bank in
San Francisco, California.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
