ORDINANCE N0. ~~._
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 17-8(b)3, NO PARKING ZONES,
SOUTH HILO, OF ORDINANCE N0. 39 (TRAFFIC CODE), AS AMENDED
BY ORDINANCE N0. 349 (SECTION 6), REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII
SECTION 1. Subsection 3 of Subsection b of Section 17-8,
No Parking Zones, of Ordinance No. 39, as amended by Section 6
of Ordinance No. 349, is hereby further amended by the addition
of the following new items thereunder to read as follows:
"bt) Both sides of Pauahi Street for a distance of
220 feet from its intersection with Kilauea Avenue.
"bu) Both sides of Aupuni Street for a distance of 200
feet from its intersection with Kilauea Avenue.
"bv) On the mauka side of Kahoa Road from the Maile
Stream bridge for a distance of 1,100 feet in the
Hilo direction."
SECTION 2. Ordinances Nos. 357 and 358 are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
