BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. Section 7.04 of Ordinance No, 63 (Zoning Ordinance), Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto the following subsections; "7,04(e-1), The district classification of the following area situated at Keahuolu, North Kona, Hawaii, shall be Open (O): Beginning at the west corner of this parcel of land, the coordi- nates of which referred to Government Survey Triangulation Sta- tion "KAILUA" being 1609.61 feet north and 732.72 feet west and running by azimuths measured clockwise from true south: 1. 205° 51' 134.00 feet along remainder of R.P. 6851, L, C. Aw. 8452, Apana 12 to Keohokalole; Thence following along remainder of R. P, 6851, L, C. Aw, 8452, Apana 12 to Keohokalole on a curve to the right with a radius of 30,00 feet, the chord azimuth and distance being; 2. 250° 51' 42,43 feet; 3. 295° 51' 190,00 feet along the south side of Kailua-Kawaihae Road; 4. 298° 42' 39" 158,64 feet along the south side of Kailua-Kawaihae Road; 5. 25° 11' 59" 156.09 feet along remainder of R. P. 6851, L. C. Aw, 8452, Apana 12 to Keohokalole; 6. 115° 51' 380.21 feet along remainder of R, P, 6851, L, C. Aw. 8452, Apana 12 to Keohokalole to the point of begin- ning and containing an area of 1,403 acres.
