ORDINANCE NO. ~ ~~~.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 327, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO THE CAPITAL BUDGET FOR THE PERIOD FROM JULY 1, 1970 to JUNE
30, 1971.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 327, as amended, relating to the
Capital Budget for the period from July 1, 1970 to June 30, 1971,
is hereby further amended by adding the following project:
DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION:
1. Mahukona Park Master Plan $8,100
SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be transferred from
the project entitled Mahukona Wharf Comfort Facilities (B-1900.7).
SECTION 3, This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 327, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE
CAPITAL BUDGET FOR THE PERIOD FROM JULY 1, 1970 to JUNE 30, 1971.
This Bill proposes to amend Ordinance No. 327, relating to the
Capital Budget for the period from July 1, 1970, to June 30, 1971,
by the addition of the Mahukona Park Master Plan project of $8,100
to the Department of Parks and Recreation, further, funds for this
project shall be transferred from the project entitled Mahukona
Wharf Comfort Facilities.
Date Introduced: June 2, 1971
Copies of the foregoing Bill, in full, are on file in the Office
of the County Clerk for use and examination by the public.
