ORDINANCE N0. ~~`~
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE N0. 235, RELATING TO THE CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1969 TO JUNE 30, 1970.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 235, relating to the Capital Improvements
Program for the period from July 1, 1969 to June 30, 1970 is hereby
amended by .substituting the following project:
1. Department of Public Works - Roads
a. Puako Road Improvements - $50,000
SECTION 2. Funds for the above project will be provided by
transferring the entire appropriation of 550,000 earmarked for the
project described as "Kawaihae-Puako Sewerage".
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE Noe 235, RELATING TO THE CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1969 TO JUNE 30, 1970.
This Bill proposes to amend Ordinance No. 235, relating to the
Capital Improvement Program for tl.e fiscal year July 1, 1969, to
June 30, 1970, by substituting the Puako Road Improvements project
of $50,000 in the Department of Public Works, Roads; further, funds
for this project will be provided by transferring the entire appro-
priation of $50,000 earmarked for the project described as Kawaihae-
Puako Sewerage.

of the County Clerk for use and examination by the public,
