ORDINANCE N0. '~~
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 12 OF ORDINANCE N0. 349, WHICH
AMENDED SECTION 9-1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 39 (TRAFFIC CODE),
REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967, AS AMENDED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 12 of Ordinance No. 349, which
amended Section 9-1-3 (South Hilo) of Ordinance No. 39 (Traffic
Code), Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, as
amended, is amended by the addition of a new subparagraph
thereto designating a stop intersection to read as follows:
"m) Entering the intersection of Pohaku and
Kukila Streets from the South end of Pohaku Street."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 12 OF ORDINANCE Noe 349, WHICH AMENDED
SECTION 9-1 OF ORDINANCE N0, 39 (TRAFFIC CODE), REVISED ORDINANCES
OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967, AS AMENDEDe
This Bill proposes to amend Section 12 of Ordinance No. 349, which
amended Section 9-1, Stop Signs and Yield Signs of Ordinance No. 39
(Traffic Code), by establishing and designating stop intersections
when entering the intersection of Pohaku and Kukila Streets from the
South end of Pohaku Street,

the County Clerk for use and examination by the public.
