BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. Subsection 3 of subsection (b) of Section 17-8, No Parking Zones, of Ordinance No. 39 (Traffic Code), as amended by Section 6 of Ordinance No. 349, is hereby further amended by the addition of the following new item thereunder to read as follows: "bx) On the Puna side of Puainako Street between Lokahi Circle and Kanoelani Street." SECTION 2. Section 1 of Ordinance 391, amending Section 17-8(b)3, No Parking Zones, South Hilo, of Ordinance No. 39 (Traffic Code), is amended by redesignation of the items thereunder from "bt), bu), and bv)" to "bu), bv), and bw)," respectively. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
