ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 17-8(b)3, NO PARKING ZONES,
SOUTH HILO, OF ORDINANCE NO. 39 (TRAFFIC CODE), AS AMENDED
BY ORDINANCE N0. 349 (SECTION 6), REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967, AS AMENDED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Subsection (b)3 of Section 17-8, No Parking
Zones of Ordinance No. 39, as amended by Section 6 of
Ordinance No. 349, is further amended by the addition of a
new item thereunder to read as follows:
"by) The mauka side of Kekaulike Street for a
distance of 115 feet from Waianuenue Avenue toward
Wailuku Drive."
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 17-8(b)3, NO PARKING ZONES, SOUTH HILO,
OF ORDINANCE N0. 39 (TRAFFIC CODE), AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE N0. 349
(SECTION 6), REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967, AS AMENDED.
This Bill proposes to amend Section 17-8(b)3 of Ordinance No. 39,
Traffic Code, as amended by Section 6 of Ordinance No. 349 by the addi-
tion of a no parking zone on the mauka side of Kekaulike Street for a
distance of 1.15 feet from Waianuenue Avenue toward Wailuku Drive.
Date Introduced: July 14, 1971
Copies of the foregoing Bill, in full, are on file in the Office
of the County Clerk for use and examination by the public.
