ORDINANCE NO.
P.N ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 17-8(b)3, NO PARKING ZONES,
SOUTH HILO, OF ORDINANCE N0. 39 (TRAFFIC CODE), AS AMENDED
BY ORDINANCE N0. 391, REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII 1967, AS AMENDED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Subsection 3 of Subsection b of Section 17-8,
No Parking Zones, of Ordinance No. 39, as amended by Section 6
of Ordinance No. 349, is hereby further amended by the
redesignation of items (bt), (bu) and (bv) to items (bu),
(bv) and (bw), respectively.
SECTION 2. Subsection (bu) of subsection (b)3 of
Section 17-8, No Parking Zones, of Ordinance No. 39, as
amended by Ordinance No. 391, is further amended to read as
follows:
"(bu) Both sides of Pauahi Street for a distance
of 220 feet in the makai direction from its intersection
with Kilauea Avenue and 250 feet in the mauka direction
from its intersection with Kamehameha Avenue."
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.

This Bi11 proposes to amend Section 17-8(b)3, No Parking Zones;, of
Ordinance No. 39, Traffir. Code, as amended by Section l of Ordinance No.
391., by designating as no parking zone on both sides of Pauahi Street
for a distance of 220 feet. in the makai direction from its intersection
with Kilauea Avenue and 250 feet in the mauka direction from its inter-
section with Kamehameha Avenue,
