ORDINANCE NO. 420
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7.05, THE KAILUA-HONALO URBAN ZONE MAP,
ORDINANCE NO. 63 (ZONING ORDINANCE), REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY
OF HAWAII 1967, AS AMENDED, BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION
FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (RS-10) TO VILLAGE COMMERCIAL (CV-10)
IN HONUAINO 3RD, NORTH KONA, HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY 7-9-07:29.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 7.05 of Ordinance No. 63 (Zoning Ordinance),
Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, as amended, is
hereby further amended by adding thereto the following subsection:
"7.05(k). The district classification of the following
area situated at Honuaino 3rd, North Kona, Hawaii, shall be
Village Commercial (CV-10):
Beginning at a pipe at the east corner of this parcel, at
the northeast corner of a portion of Grant 761 to John
Cavanah and on the westerly side of the present 60 feet
wide Government Belt Road, the coordinates of said point
of beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation
Station "PUU O HAU" being 6144.68 feet north and 9847.09
feet east and running by azimuths measured clockwise from
true south:
1. 82° 10' 239.24 feet along stone wall,
portion of Grant 761
to John Cavanah;
2. 75° 44' 314.20 feet along same;
3. 168° 09' 137.38 feet along stone wall,
portion of Grant 1462
to S. W. Makaike;
4. 252° 54' 263.37 feet along 15 feet roadway;
5. 254° 30' 258.71 feet along same; Thence
along a 5699.65 feet
radius curve to the
right, the direct chord
azimuth and distance
being:
6. 338° 06' 36" 184.28 feet to the point of
beginning and containing
an area of 1.897 acres.
All as outlined in red on the map attached hereto,
marked Exhibit "A;' and by reference made a part hereof."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
