AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO CROSSWALKS AMENDING SECTION 14-2(c)6
OF ORDINANCE N0. 39 (TRAFFIC CODE), AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE
NO. 349 (SECTION 4), REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII 1967.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 14-2(c)6 of Ordinance No. 39, as
amended by Section 4 of Ordinance No. 349, is hereby amended
by the addition of the following new subsection to read as
follows:
"u) Alii Drive in Kailua-Kona, 40 feet north
from the Islander Inn driveway."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.

This Bill proposes to amend Section 14-2(c)6 0£ Ordinance
No, 39, as amended by Section 4 of Ordinance No. 349, by
establishing a crosswalk on Alii Drive in Kailua-Kona., 40 feet
north from the Islander Inn driveway.
