AN ORDINANCE Ab4ENDIN'G THE STATE LAUD USE BOUNDARIES MAP, H-14 FOR
THE COLNTY OF HAWAII, BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM
THE AGRICULTURAL TO THE RURAL DISTRICT AT OULI, SOUTH KOHALA,
HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY 6-2-1 l 28
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HA~y'AII
SECTION 1 The State Land Use Boundanes Map, H-14 for the County of Haw au, is
amended to change the dtstnct classification of property descnbed hereinafter as follow,
The dtstnct classtficahon ofthe following area situated at Ouh, South Kuhala,
Haw•att, shall be Rural
Beginning at the north comer of this parcel of land, being the east corner of
Lot 29 and on the southwesterly side of Easement " 22" (for road and utility purposes),
being a portion of Lot 30, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to
Government Survey Tnangulatton StaUOn "PUU PA" being 10,803 21 feet nort}~ and
17,773 84 feet west, thence running by azimuths measured clockwise from five iouth
1 Following along Easement " 22" (for road and uUlrty purposes), being a Fortson of
