This Bill proposes to amend Section 14-2, pertaining to crosswalks, of Ordinance No. 39, Traffic Code, as amended by Section 4 of Ordinance No. 349 by repealing Section 14-2(c)3(c) which established and designated a cross- walk in South Hilo on Kilauea Avenue, in front of the entrance to the Kapiolani School.
