BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. Section x.24 of Ordinance No. 63 (Zoning Ordinance), Revised Ordinances of the Ccunty of Hawaii lg6'7, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto the following subsections: "`J.24 (C-1). The district classification of the following area situated at Ninole, Ka'u, Hawaii, shall be Single Family Residential (RS-20): Beginning at the Southeast corner of this parcel of land on the boundary between the Lands of Wailau and Ninole, the coordinates of which referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station "HILL" (Puehu) being ~0~.~+3 feet South and 981.']6 feet West and running by azimuths measured clockwise from true South: 1. 29° 45' 515.00 feet along remainder of Grant 824 to Kapuhonua; 2. o 138 50' 486.00 feet along remainder of Grant 824 to 0 Kapuhonua; 3. 120 36' 218.00 feet along remainders of Gran t 824 to Kapuhonua and Grant 2459 to D. Holoua; 4. 136° 00' 242.00 feet along remainder of Grant 2459 to D. Holoua; 5• o 229 00' 6']1.90 feet along remainder of Grant 2459 to D.
