AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION '].24, THE KA'U DISTRICT ZONE MAP, ORDINANCE NO. 63
(ZONING ORDINANCE), REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 196, AS AMENDED,
BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM AGRICULTURAL (A-20a) TO SINGLE FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL (RS-20) AND FROM OPEN (0) TO SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (RS-~.5),
MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (RM-2), VILLAGE COMMERCIAL (CV-10) AND RESORT-HOTEL
(V-1.5) IN NINOLE, WAILAU AND PUNALUU, KA'U, HAWAII, COVERED BY PORTIONS OF TAX
MAP KEY 9-5-1g AND g-6-O1.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section x.24 of Ordinance No. 63 (Zoning Ordinance), Revised
Ordinances of the Ccunty of Hawaii lg6'7, as amended, is hereby further amended by
adding thereto the following subsections:
"`J.24 (C-1). The district classification of the following area situated
at Ninole, Ka'u, Hawaii, shall be Single Family Residential (RS-20):
Beginning at the Southeast corner of this parcel of land on the boundary
between the Lands of Wailau and Ninole, the coordinates of which referred
to Government Survey Triangulation Station "HILL" (Puehu) being ~0~.~+3 feet
South and 981.']6 feet West and running by azimuths measured clockwise from
true South:
1. 29° 45' 515.00 feet along remainder of Grant 824 to
Kapuhonua;

side of Proposed Ninole Loop Road, the coordinates of which referred to
Government Survey Triangulation Station "HILL" (Puehu) being 1,438.94 feet

Hote1 (V-1.5) zones in Ninole, Wailau and Punaluu, Ka'u, Hawaii, located
approximately 6 miles southwest of Pahala and 12 miles northeast of Naalehu,
