AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 409, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE
CAPITAL BUDGET FOR THE PERIOD FROM JULY 1, 1971, TO JUNE 30, 19'72.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE. COUNTY OF HAWAII.
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 409, as amended, relating to tha
Capital Budget for the period from July 1, 19'7].., to Jame 30, 19'72, is
hereby amended by adding the following projects;
Department of Public Works, Roads:
Paving of Ainalako Road from Ainaola Drive
to Leimamo Street $25,000
Department of Parks and Recreation:
Purchase Portion of Schwartz's Property at
Keaukaha and Other Lands for Park
Purposes, (including appraisal fees
and other costs.) $750,000
SECTION 2. Flznds for this project shall be provided from
available cash or from sale of general obligation bonds.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
