COUNTY OF HAWAII - STATE OF HAWAII
ORDINANCE NO, ~~ ~~
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 33 OF ORDINANCE NO, 63 (ZONING
ORDINANCE), REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967,
AS AMENDED, RELATIVE TO THE MINIMUM AREA OF A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII;
SECTION 1, Legislative Intent, It is the intent of the
Council of the County of Hawaii to encourage comprehensive site
planning productive of optimum adaptation of development to the
land,
SECTION 2, Subsection B of Section 33 of Ordinance No, 63
of the revised ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, as
amended, is hereby amended to read as follows;
"B, The minimum area of a Planned Unit Development
shall be ten (10) acres,"
SECTION 3, This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval,
