AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBSECTION (a) OF SECTION 10-5 OF
ORDINANCE N0. 39 (TRAFFIC CODE), REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967, AS AMENDED, BY THE ADDITION OF NEW
ITEMS THERETO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Subsection (a) of Section 10-5 of Ordinance
No. 39, Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, as
amended, is hereby amended by the addition of new items
thereto to read as follows:
"20. The following streets within the Mohouli
Subdivision in Waiakea, South Hilo:
a. Kumukoa Street, from Mohouli Street
northwestward (Hamakua) to its
terminal.
b. Popolo Street, from Mohouli Street
northwestward (Hamakua) to its terminal.
c. Hoopuni Street
d. Iloko Street
e. Hilina'i Street."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SIIBSECTION (a) OF SECTION 10-5 OF ORDINANCE N0. 39
(TRAFFIC CODE), REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967, AS AMENDED,
BY THE ADDITION OF NEY ITEMS THERETO.
This Bill proposes to amend Section 10-5(a) of Ordinance Mo. 39, Traffic
Code, by creating a 25 miles per hour speed zone oa the following streets within
the Mohouli Subdivision in Waiakaa, South Hilo: on Kumukoa Street, from Mohouli
Street northwestward (Hamakua) to its terminal; Popolo Street, from Mohouli
Street northwestward (Hamakua) to its terminal; Hoopuni Street; Iloko Street;
Hilinai~i Street.
Date Introduced: April 5, 1972
Copies of the foregoing Bill, in full, are on file in the Office of the
County Clerk for use and examination by the public.
