ORDINANCE NO. ~~
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 39, REVISED ORDINANCES
OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, AS AMENDED, BY THE ADDITION OF A
NEW SUBPARAGRAPH TO SUBSECTION (b)4 OF SECTION 14-7 AND
TO SUBSECTION (b)4 OF SECTION 17-8.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Subsection (b)4 of Section 14-7 and
Subsection (b )4 of Section 17-8 are amended to include the
addition of the following paragraph:
"(c) On the south side of Kamani Street from
the Kau Hospital access road and extending mauka for
approximately 535 feet to the Old Government Road
makai of Maile Street."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 39, REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII, AS AMENDED, BY THE ADDITION OF A NEW SUBPARAGRAPH TO SUBSECTION (b)4
OF SECTION 14-7 AND TO SUBSECTION (b)4 OF SECTION 17-8.
This Bill proposes to amend Section 14-7(b)4(c) and Section 17-8(b)4(c) of
Ordinance No. 39, Traffic Code, as amended by Section 3 and 6 of Ordinance No. 349
by establishing and designating safety zones and no-parking zones in Kau on the
south side of Kamani Street from the Kau Hospital access road and extending mauka
for approximately 535 feet to the Old Government Road makai of Maili Street.

Copies of the foregoing Bill, in full, are on file in the Office of the
County Clerk for use and examination by the public.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Bill passed first reading at the meeting
of the County Council on May 3, 1972, by the following aye and no vote.
