SECTION 1, Section 7,05 of Ordinance No, 63 (Zoning Ordinance), Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto the following subsections: "7,05 (1-1), The district classification of the following area situated at Keauhou 1st, North Kona, Hawaii, shall be Open (O) ; Beginning at the southeast corner of this parcel of land at the edge of vegetation at the shoreline, the coordinates of which referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station "Keauhou Coast" being 3,931,07 feet north and 522,15 feet east, and run- ning thence by azimuths measured clockwise from true south; Along the edge of vegetation at the shoreline, the direct azimutYi and o distance being 1, 84 26' 00" 66,30 feet; 2, 1770 10' 00" 45,00 feet along the remainder of Area 7; 3, 234° 40' 00" 96,07 feet along same; 4, 6° 10' 00" 94,62 feet along same to the point of beginning and containing an area of 0,112 acre, "7,05 (1-2), The district classification of the following area situated at Keauhou lst, North Kona, Hawaii, shall be Mult iple Family Residential (RM-,75): Beginning at the most northerly corner of this parcel of land and on the west boundary of lot 9 of Keauhou Subdivision Area 5, the coordinates of which referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station "Keauhou Coast" being 4,220,98 feet north and 640,38 feet east, and running thence by azimuths measured clockwise from true south: 1, 9° 44' 00" 137,71 feet along Lot 9 of Keauhou Subdivision Area 5 and along the remainder of Area 7;
