AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7.10, THE KAWAIHAE-PUAKO ZONE MAP,
ORDINANCE NO, 63 (ZONING ORDINANCE), REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY
OF HAWAII 1967, AS AMENDED, BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION
FROM OPEN (0) TO RESORT-HOTEL (V-1,25) IN OULI, WAIMEA, SOUTH KOHALA,
HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY 6-2-02:PORTION 4.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1, Section 7,10 of Ordinance No, 63 (Zoning Ordinance),
Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, as amended, is hereby
further amended by adding thereto the following subsection:
"7.10 (c). The district classification of the following
area situated at Ouli, Waimea, South Kohala, Hawaii, shall be
Resort-Hotel (V-1,25):
Beginning at the north corner of this parcel of land, the
coordinates of said point of beginning referred to Government
Survey Triangulation Station "PUAKO" being 11,717.70 feet north
and 1,686.07 feet east and running by azimuths measured clock-
wise from true south:
Along the remainder of R. P, 2237, L. C. Aw, 8518-B to Kanehoa
along a curve to the left with a radius of 420.00 feet, the
chord azimuth and distance being:
1. 3290 11' 25" 205.92 feet;
2. 315° 00' 571.50 feet along the remainder of
R, P. 2237, L, C, Aw, 9518-B
to Kanehoa;
Thence along the remainder of R, P, 2237, L, C. Aw, 8518-B to
Kanehoa along a curve to the right with a radius of 168,50 feet,
the chord azimuth and distance being:
