ORDINANCE NO. ~_
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 330 (PROHIBITING LITTER),
REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967, AS AMENDED,
BY THE ADDITION OF A NEW ITEM THERETO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Sections 7, 8 and 9 of Ordinance No. 330,
Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, as amended,
is hereby amended by being numbered as follows:
(a) Section 7 shall become "Section 8."
(b) Section 8 shall become "Section 9."
(c) Section 9 shall become "Section 10."
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 330, Revised Ordinances of
the County of Hawaii 1967, as amended, is hereby amended by
the addition of a new item thereto to read as follows:
"SECTION 7. SUMMONS OR CITATION.
"There shall be provided for use by authorized
police officers a form of summons or citation for
use in citing violators of any provision of this
ordinance."
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.

BY THE ADDITION OF A NEW ITEM THERETO.
This Bill provides for use by authorized police officers
a form of summons or citation for use in citing violators of
any provision of this ordinance and renumbers .Sections 7, 8
and 9 to Sections 8, 9 and 10.

Office of the County Clerk for use and examination by the
public.
