ORDINANCE NO. S?2
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING AMOUNTS IN THE FUND BALANCE OF THE
BOND FUND.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. The sum of $24,432.49 in the Fund Balance
Account of the Bond Fund is hereby appropriated to the following
projects:
(a) $4,295.00 to B-3901, "Kukuau Road Improvement," and
(b) $20,137.49 to C-22601, "Kona Watershed."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.

This Bill transfers $24,432.49 for the Kukuau Road Improve-
ment Project X54,295,00) and Kona Watershed Project x$20,137,49).
