AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 17-8, NO PARKING ZONES, OF
ORDINANCE NO. 39 (TRAFFIC CODE), REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967, AS AMENDED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. The following items are to be added to
subsection (b)3 of Section 17-8, No Parking Zones:
"cp) The Hamakua side of Haili Street between
Kinoole Street and Kapiolani Street.
"cq) The Puna side of Haili Street from
Kapiolani Street and extending 100 feet in the
makai direction."
SECTION 2. The following new item be added to subsection
(b)3 of Section 19-1, Parking Meter Zones:
"c) The Puna side of Haili Street between Kinoole
Street and Ululani Street."
SECTION 3. Item (a) of subsection (c)3 of Section 17-7,
Time Limit Parking Zones, be amended to read as follows:
"a) Haili Street, from Kinoole Street to
Kapiolani Street."
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.

Street and LSlulani Street; creates time limit parking zones
on Hai.li Street, from Kinoole Street to Kapiolani Street.
