AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9-3, SIGNS REQUIRED AT THROUGH
STREETS, OF ORDINANCE NO. 39 (TRAFFIC CODE), REVISED ORDINANCES
OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967, AS AMENDED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 9-3(b)3 of Ordinance No. 39, Revised
Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, as amended, is
hereby amended by adding:
"cd) Nene Street."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
