AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 475, THE CAPITAL BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
ENDING JUNE 30, 1973.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 475, the Capital Budget for the fiscal year
ending June 30, 1973, is hereby amended by adding a new project as follows:
"DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS - ROADS
Laupahoehoe School Access Poad - $50,000"
SECTION 2. Funds shall be provided from available cash or from the sale
of general obligation bonds.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

$50,000 for the Laupahoehoe School Access Road project.
