Home My WebLink AboutORD 1972-530 BILL NO. 933 COUNTY OF HAWAII-STATE OF HAWAII ORDINANCE NO. 530 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 524 RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 10, NORTH KONA, HAWAII. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1 : Section 8, Ordinance No. 524, is amended to read as follows: "SECTION 8. PAYMENT OF ASSESSMENTS IN INSTALLMENTS . In case of an election, either by act of the owner or other interested party or by operation of law, to pay an assessment in installments, the assess- ments herein made shall be due and must be paid to said Director of Finance in fifteen (15) approximately equal annual installments of principal and interest. Interest shall be paid on the unpaid principal at a rate of eight per cent (8%) per annum. The first of said installments is due and payable on October 6, 1973. All subsequent in- stallments are due and payable annually on October 6. " SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect on its approval. .
