ORDINANCE No. 5~3
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 17-8(b)4, NO PARKING ZONES,
KAU, OF ORDINANCE NO. 39 (TRAFFIC CODE), REVISED ORDINANCES
OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, AS AMENDED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. The following new item is to be added to
subsection (b)-4 of Section 17-8 of Ordinance No. 39, as
amended:
"(d) On the southeastern (makai) side of
Maile Street in Pahala beginning at the access
road to the mill located across from Pikake Street
and proceeding for one hundred and fifty (150) feet
in the southwesterly direction (towards Naalehu)."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 17-8(b)4, NO PARKING ZONES, KAU,
OF ORDINANCE NO. 39 (TRAFFIC CODE), REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII, AS AMENDED.
This Bill proposes to amend Section 17-8(b) 4 of Ordinance
No. 39, Traffic Code, as amended by Ordinance No. 349, by
establishing a no parking zone, on the southeastern (makai)
side of Mai le Street in Pahala beginning at the access road
to the mill located across from Pikake Street and proceeding
for one hundred and fifty (150) feet in the southwesterly
direction (towards Naalehu).
Date Introduced: November 9, 1972
Copies of the foregoing Bill, in full, are on file in the
Office of the County Clerk for use and examination by the public.
