ORDINANCE N0.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 475, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO THE CAPITAL BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1,
1972, AND ENDING JUNE 30, 1973.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 475, as amended, relating to
the Capital Budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1972,
and ending June 30, 1973, is hereby amended by adding the
following project:
"C. HAWAII POLICE DEPARTMENT
4. Addition to Capt. Cook Station $9,000"
SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided
from available cash or from sale of general obligation bonds.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.

TO 'PHE CAPITAL BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1,

This Bill amends the 1972-1973 Capital Budget by adding
59,000 for the addition to the Capt. Cook Police Station.
