ORDINANCE 100. "P
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6 (TRAFFIC CODE), HAWAII COUNTY
CODE, AS AMENDED, BY THE ADDITION OF NEW ITEMS TO ARTICLES 15
AND 16.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Schedule 8 of Section B, Article 15, is
hereby amended as follows:
A. Under the "SOUTH HILO" district classification, add:
"78. On the mauka side of Kapiolani Street from
Haili Stre~=_t and extending towards Waianuenue Avenue
for a distance of 135 feet."
B. Under the "KOHALA" district classification, add:
"5. On the Hawi side of the access road
connecting the Kohala Civic Center to Route 270,
starting from Route 270 and extending mauka for a
distance of 300 feet."
SECTION 2. Schedule 9 of Section 1, Article 16, is
hereby amended by adding thereto the following category:
"KAPIOLANI STREET
"1. On the mauka side starting at a point
135 feet Hamakua of xaili Street and extending in
the Hamakua direction for a distance of 155 feet."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
