ORDINANCE NO. `~'~~
AN ORDINANCE TO PROHIBIT LEFT TURNS DURING CERTAIN TIb?ES AT
DESIGNATED INTERSECTIONS WITHIN THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, STATE
OF HAWAII, BY AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 39 (TRAFFIC CODE), AS
AMENDED, REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Subsection (d) of Section 8-7(b)1
of ordinance No. 39, Revised Ordinances of the County of
Hawaii 1967, as amended, is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. Section 8-7(b)1 of Ordinance No. 39,
Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, as amended,
is hereby amended by adding the following section in place
of the section repealed by Section 1 of this ordinance:
"d) Keawe Street at Kalakaua Street for Puna-
bound traffic from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
daily except Sundays and holidays."
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.

AN ORDINANCE TO PROHIBIT LEFT TURNS DURING CERTAIN TIMES AT
DESIGNATED INTERSECTIONS WITHIN THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, STATE
OF HAWAII, BY AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 39 (TRAFFIC CODE), AS
AMENDED, REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967.
This Bill repeals Subsection (d) of Section 8-7(b), of
Ordinance 39, as amended, and amends Section 8-7(1) of
Ordinance 39, as amended, by adding the following section in
place of the section repealed by Section J of this ordinance:
"d) Keawe Street at Kalakaua Street for Puna-bound traffic
from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily except Sundays and holidays."

Copies of the foregoing Bill, in full, are on file in the
Office of the County Clerk for use and examination by the public.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Bill passed first reading
at the meeting of the County Council on December 20, 1972, by
