ORDINANCE NO. '~~~
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 17-8 (NO PP.RKING ZONES) AND
17-4 (NO PARKING ON PAVED4ENT) OF ORDINANCE NO. 39 (TRAFFIC
CODE), REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967, AS
AMENDED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 17-8 of Ordinance No. 39, Revised
Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, as amended, is
hereby amended by the addition of the following item to
subsection (b)6 of Section 17-8, No Parking Zones:
"m) The south (Kau) side of Kinue Street in
Kealakekua, South Kona."
SECTION 2. Section 17-4 of Ordinance No. 39, Revised
Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, as amended, is hereby
amended by the addition of the following item to subsection 6
of Section 17-4, No Parking on Pavement:
"b) The first street off Y.inue Road mauka of
Mamalahoa Highway and located between
Mamalahoa Highway and Muliwai Place in the
J. M. Tanaka Subdivision in Kealakekua,
South Kona."
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 17-8 (NO PARKING ZONES) AND
17-4 (NO PARKING ON PAVEMENT) OF ORDINANCE NO. 39 (TRAFFIC
CODE), REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967, AS
AMENDED.
This Bill creates a no parking zone on the south (Kau)
side of Kinue Street in Kealakekua, South Kona, and creates
no parking on pavement zone on the first street off Kinue
Road mauka of Mamalahoa Highway and located between Mamalahoa
Highway and Muliwai Place in the J. M. Tanaka Subdivision in
Kealakekua, South Kona.

Copies of the foregoing Bill, in full, are on file in the
Office of the County Clerk for use and examination by the public.
