" ~ ~°" AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7.06, THE NORTH AND SOUTH KOHALA ZONE MAP, ORDINANCE N0. 63 (ZONING ORDINANCE), REVISED ORDINANCE OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967, AS AMENDED, BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM AGRICULTURAL (A-20a) TO SINGLE FAMILY RESIDEN- TIAL (RS-15) AT KAPAAU, NORTH KOHALA, HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY 5-3-05:30 AND 6 (PORTION). BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. Section 7.06 of Ordinance No. 63 (Zoning Ordinance), Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, as amended, is here- by further amended by adding thereto the following subsection: "7.06(h). The district classification of the following area situated at Kapaau, North Kohala, Hawaii shall be single family residential (RS-15): Beginning at a pipe in concrete marked "453" at the northwest corner of this parcel of land, being also the southwest corner of the present North Kohala Civic Center and on the east side of Government Road, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station "KAUHOLA" being 6104.05 feet South and 9371.74 feet West, thence running by azimuths measured clockwise from True South: 1. 277° 40' 398.00 feet along the present North Kohala Civic Center to a pipe in concrete; 2. 7° 34' 160.00 feet along Lot 225 (Map 16) of Land Court Application 1116; 3. 97° 40' 398.00 feet along Lot 225 (Map 16) of Land Court Application 1116; 4. 187° 34' 160.00 feet along the remainde r of Grant 1547 to I. W. Naihe to the point of beginning and contai ning an Area of 1.462 Acres. "All as outlined in red on the map attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and by reference made a part hereof." SECTION 2. In the event that any portion of this ordinance is declared invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the other parts of this ordinance. SECTION 3 Hilo, Hawaii This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
