COUNTY OF HAWAII - STATE OF HAWAII
ORDINANCE NO. S;A~~
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 475, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO THE CAPITAL BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1,
1972, AND ENDING JUNE 30, 1973.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 475, as amended, relating to
the Capital Budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1972,
and ending June 30, 1973, is hereby amended by adding the
following projects:
"A. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS
Sewer and Sanitation:
6. Hilo Sewerage System Phase III
(supplemental) - $260,000
Roads:
76. Kamana Street Extension - $140,000
77. Keaau Elderly Housing
Access Road - $ 35,000
78. Kealakekua Elderly Housing
Access Road - $ 50,000
79. Road Improvements Countywide - $380,085
"H. DEPARTMENT OF WATER SUPPLY
2. Waimea-Puukapu Trunk Line - $ 45,400"
Section 2. Moneys for these projects shall be provided
from federal revenue sharing funds, other available cash, or
from sale of general obligation bonds.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.

This Bill proposes to amend Ordinance No. 475 by adding
the following projects:
