AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7.02 (z), RELATIVE TO THE NORTH KONA ZONE
MAP OF ORDINANCE N0. 63 (ZONING ORDINANCE), REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII 196'7, AS AMENDED, BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICA-
TION FROM UNPLANNED (U) TO AGRICULTURAL (A-la) AT KALAOA 5TH, NORTH KONA,
HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY 7-3-05:34 AND 7-3-10:PORTION OF 27.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 7.02 (z) of Ordinance No. 63 (Zoning Ordinance),
Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, as amended, is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"7.02 (z). The district classification of the following area
situated at Kalaoa 5th, North Kona, Hawaii, shall be Agricultural
(A-la):
Beginning at the northeast corner of this parcel of land and on the
west side of Hawaii Belt Road FAP F-1 0 (5), the coordinates of said
point of beginning referred to Go vernment Survey Triangulation Sta-
tion "MOA NUTAHEA," being 8,116.80 fee t South and 8,450.00 feet West,
thence ru nning by a zimuths measur ed c lockwise from True South:
1. 5° 09' 121.50 feet along the west side of Hawaii
Belt Road;
2. 6° 46' 76.27 feet along same;
3. 96° 38' 13" 2525.83 feet along the remainder of Grant
2972 to Kaakau and Kama;
4. 355° 27' 15" 779.79 feet along same, along stone wall;
5. 96° 52' S7" 2297.17 feet along stone wall, along Grant
3821 to Kaulainamoku and Grant 3820
to Loe Kumukahi;
6. 96° 23' 21" 2395.81 feet along stone wall, along L. P.
Gran t 5046 to Keiki Kama, Jr.;
7. 190° 00' 555.56 feet along the remainder of Grant
2972 to Kaakau and Kama;
8. 100° 00' 231.47 feet along same;
9. 190° 00' 350.00 feet along same;
10. 280° 00' 2564.62 feet along same, along File Plan
1087 and File Plan 1061;
11. 347° 49' 391.68 feet along the remainder of Grant

This Bill revises the metes and bounds description in
Section 1 of Ordinance No. 512, which amends the North Kona
Zone Map of Ordinance ,'do. 63, as amended, by changing the
district classification from unplanned (U) to agricultural
(A-la) at Kalaoa 5th, ,,"dorth Kona, Hawaii.
