AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7.02 (aa), RELATIVE TO THE NORTH KONA ZONE
MAP OF ORDINANCE N0. 63 (ZONING ORDINANCE), REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967, AS AMENDED, BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICA-
TION FROM UNPLANNED (U) TO AGRICULTURAL (A-la) AT OOMA 1ST, NORTH KONA,
HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY 7-3-10:1.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF' HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 7.02 (aa) of Ordinance No. 63 (Zoning Ordinance),
Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, as amended, is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"7.02 (aa). The district classification of the following area
situated at Ooma 1st, North Kona, Hawaii, shall be Agricultural
(A-la):
Beginning at the northwest corner of this
northeast corner of the Homestead Road, t
point of beginning referred to Government
Station "MOANUTAHER," being 8,166.22 feet
West, thence running by azimuths measured
South:
parcel of land and the
~e coordinates of said
Survey Triangulation
South and 16,390.43 feet
clockwise from true
1. 276° 23' 21" 3212.18 feet along stone wall, along Grant
2972 to Kaakau and Kama ;
2. 358° 16' 07" 1431.07 feet along stone wall, along
Akahipuu Homesteads;
3. 76° 55' 00" 804.76 feet along stone wall, along Lot 56;
4. 79° 14' S0" 1862.15 feet along stone wall, along Lot 58;
5. 164° 58' 22" 2399.52 feet along stone wall, along Home-
stead Road to the point of beginning
and containing an area of 126.233
acres.
"All as outlined in red on th e map attached hereto, marked
Exh ibit "A" and by reference made a part hereof."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

This Bill revises the metes and bounds description of
Ordinance i7o. 514 which amends the North Kona 'Lone Map of
Ordinance t7o. 63, as amended, by changing the district
classification of land from unplanned (U) to agricultural
(A-la) at Ooma 1st, North Kona, Hawaii.
Date Introduced: February 7, 1973
Copies of the foregoing Bill, in full, are on file in the
Office of the County Clerk for use and examination by the public.
