is hereby amender' to read:
"Intersection of Mamane Street and K.ahili
Street in Honokaa."
SFCTIOfT 2. Section 8-2(e)1 of Ordinance No. 39,
Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii, as amended, is
hereby amended by the addition of the following subsection:
"(b) Intersection of f?arcane Street and Lehua
Street in Honokaa."
SECTIOPT 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDIP7G SECTION 8-2, LIMITATIONS ON TURNING AROUND,
ORDINANCE NO. 39 (TRAFFIC CODE), RF,VISED ORDINA2dCES OF THE COUNTY
OF HAWAII 1967, AS AMENDED.
This Bill amends the U-turn areas in ordinance 349 by amending
Section 8-2(d)1(b) from the intersection of I•Iamane Street and
Lehua Street in Honokaa to the intersection of Mamane Street and
Y.ahili Street in Honokaa and also amending Section 8-2(e)1 from
the intersection of Mamane Street and Ohelo Street in Honokaa
to the intersection of Mamane Street and Lehua Street in Honokaa.
Date Introduced: February 7, 1973
Copies of the foregoing Bill, in £ull, are on file in the
Office of the County Clerk for use and examination by the public.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Bill passed first reading
at the meeting of the County Council on February 7, 1973, by the
