STATE OF HAWAII - COUNTY OF HAWAII
ORDINANCE NO. ~~
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 59, ELECTRICAL CODE,
OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967,
AS AMENDED, BY AMENDING SECTION 5, RELATING TO PERMITS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 5(A)(8) of Ordinance No. 59,
Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, as amended,
is hereby further amended to read as follows:
"(8) Radio and television receiving antenna systems
other than master or community systems in or about
commercial and industrial buildings, including hotels,
multiple family dwellings and apartment houses."
