BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. Section 7.04 of Ordinance No. 63 (Zoning Ordinance), Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto the following subsections: "7.04(h-1). The district classification of the following area situated at Lanihau 1st, North Kona, Hawaii, shall be Resort-Hotel (V-. 75 ): Beginning at the east corner of this parcel of land on the north- westerly side of Palani Road, the coordinates of which referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station "KAILUA" (North Meridian) being 400.42 feet South and 852.36 feet West and running by azimuths measured clockwise from true South: Along the northwesterly side of Palani Road, on a curve to the right with a radius of 5709.60 feet, the chord azimuth and distance being: 1. 36° 58' 24" 31.89 feet; 2. 37° 08' 228.25 feet along the northwesterly side of Palani Road; 3. 58° 00' 3.94 feet along the northwesterly side of Palani Road; 4. 60° 30' 04" 286.83 feet along remainder of Lot 1 of Land Court Consolidation 91: 5. 170° 34' 30" 54.28 feet along L.
