AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14-2(c), PEDESTRIAN'S RIGIIT-
OF-WAY IN CROSSWALKS, OF ORDINANCE NO. 39 (TRAFFIC CODE),
REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967, AS AMENDED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Subsection (c)6 of Section 14-2 of Ordinance
No. 39, Revised Ordinances of the County of Iiawaii 1967, as
amended, is amended to include the addition of the following
paragraph:
"v) Palani Road in the vicinity of Kealakehe
School."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14-2(c), PEDESTRIAN'S RIGHT-
OF-WAY IN CROSSYdALKS, OF ORDINANCE NO. 39 (TRAFFIC CODE),
REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HARTAII 1967, AS Ah1ENDED.
This Bill proposes to amend Section 1, Subsection (c)6 of
Section 14-2 of Ordinance No. 39 Revised Ordinances of the
County of Hawaii 1967, as amended, by establishing a crosswalk
on Palani Road at Kealakehe School.

public.
